"Extremely responsive and helpful! Erickson is always so quick (almost instantaneous) to respond to all of my inquiries and really helps translate any insurance-wording to plain English. We've been working with Erickson for almost 6 years now and he's a DELIGHT (especially as far as insurance agents go!) We have a couple different policies and he helped us tailor them to our specific needs and really listened to what we said. We've also filed some claims and Erickson was great about staying on top of the latest status of the claim and making sure we got our money ASAP. "Let this text message interaction speak for itself. EDIT after owners' response to give some context: 1.I filled out the form online, got an email back, and then I called you. So, just to be clear—you didn’t call me, I called you. 2.The reason I said, “I don’t have time for this” on the call was because BennieSue couldn’t even get my name right, even though she literally had it in front of her from the form I filled out. 3.And hey, let’s pretend I’m a total idiot who doesn’t even know how to spell my own name—does that make “LOL you’re pleasant! BYE” an appropriate way to respond to a customer? Yikes. I’m happy your team is local and that you have families—I get it. In fact, I literally contacted your office because one of your current customers recommended you. I’m not saying you guys do a bad job; all I’m saying is that the interaction I had was not good, and this text exchange was the nail in the coffin. The fact that you could’ve just said, “I’m sorry for the misunderstanding,” but instead I got “LOL you’re pleasant! BYE” is very telling."
