"I was with Erikson for 1.5 years. In those years, I never made a single late payment and never submitted a single claim. 1.5 years later, my rates went up significantly, which happens I get it, but I had the opportunity to switch the Farmers for a significant decrease in my insurance rate. Since then, the people at this office have been completely unresponsive. I needed certain documents that were never sent to the point where Farmers had to cancel my policy and I now have no auto insurance. This is going to affect my future in insurance and my rates going forward for having a gap and the only reason I have a gap is because State farm has completely ignored my requests for documents. I understand I am no longer on their policy but to treat someone like this is absurd."
